Cancellation
We will accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
If an order is canceled that does not include a perm, haircut, or base cutting service, a full refund will be issued.
For orders canceled that include a perm, haircut, or base cutting service, a partial refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once, which includes returns. No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
Stock hair systems:
If you encounter any issues with your order or are dissatisfied with your hair system upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Do not cut, style, color, wash, or wear the hair system. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any issues with you and can arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Ali Yehya Hair System will cover the return shipping costs for any quality-related issues. However, if the return is due to reasons determined solely by the customer or other factors as determined by Ali Yehya Hair System, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We also offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, provided the hairpiece has not been cut, styled, colored, washed, or worn. After the 15-day period, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Custom hair systems:
· If the product is faulty, we will repair it. If it is irreparable, we will provide a replacement system.
· You must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate the fault.
· Returns are only accepted if the product is unworn and unaltered by you.
· Goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
· Refunds can be claimed if the product is unworn and unaltered by you.
· Refunds will incur a 50% service fee.
· To cover labor and material costs, if you cancel a custom order before receiving it, you will only receive a 50% refund.
· If you mistakenly order a wrong custom-made hair system, it cannot be returned for a refund. Adjustments can be made at an additional cost.
· You will be responsible for the hair system until it reaches us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
